The Academy offers our consultants a learning environment in which they can refresh and expand their knowledge and skills. This can consist of targeted learning paths in preparation for a new collaboration, a general refresher of already acquired knowledge, or an introduction to a new area of expertise. It is, therefore, a valuable setting to ensure everyone's relevance in the market.

TRAINING
Functional testing & test automation
As part of the recruitment process, our test engineers undergo ISTQB training (Foundation level) at the Academy, followed by intensive training in test automation.
Development
The range of software development courses is extensive and includes almost every current programming language and tool. The Academy offers our consultants an ideal environment to broaden their technical knowledge both individually and in a targeted manner, for example, in preparation for a new collaboration.
Cyber Security
The Academy also provides the setting for the training of SOC Analyst Levels 1 and 2, facilitated by our partner, Toreon NV. Starting with a strong IT background, our consultants are intensively prepared for their roles as SOC Analysts over eight weeks. During this trajectory, all essential skills required within a Security Operations Center are covered.
Power BI
In the basic Power BI track, consultants learn how to transform and model data with Power BI Desktop, as well as how to configure and secure dashboards and reports in the Power BI Service. They also gain insight into connecting data sources, performing transformations, and managing custom reporting solutions. More advanced training courses, tailored to new collaborations, can also be designed.
ACADEMY VIDEOS
Low-code
The Academy also offers training courses in low-code development, focusing on OutSystems. Additionally, introductions to other low-code platforms can be provided, such as Mendix and PowerApps.
AI (Artificial Intelligence)
The Academy offers AI training for our test engineers and software developers. Test engineers follow the specialised ISTQB training to become AI testers and can obtain a certificate. For software developers, there is an intensive trajectory of several months to become a 'Prompt Engineer', during which skills such as Python, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, LLMs, PyTorch and TensorFlow are explored.
