Neurodiversity:
the game changer
of the future
Since 2008 we have been passionately activating neurodivergent IT talent
A crucial and distinguishing factor of our success model is the individual job coaching of each consultant. The career-long, customised framework provided by our job coaches, always in close dialogue with each client, enables employees to get the best out of themselves. It forms the missing link in their professional career.
JOB COACHING
Small changes, huge results
At Passwerk, we go beyond professionally activating and guiding our consultants; we are committed to strengthening the autism community. Our aim is to enrich the housing, living, and working conditions of people with autism.
We achieve this by actively participating in various initiatives that contribute to a more inclusive and supportive environment. Examples include our Passwerk Lifetime Achievement Award (PLAA), the Passwerk Prize, and our Fund ICT Community for ASD.
Passwerk is a pioneer in the professional integration of people with autism into the regular labour market. For almost two decades, we have regarded diversity, including neurodiversity, as a clear engine for success. We consider it our duty to appeal to and utilise everyone's talents.
At Passwerk, we recognise the potential of every individual, regardless of their neurodivergent profile. Research shows that the productivity of neurodiverse teams is higher than that of teams comprising only neurotypical employees.
By combining our expertise in neurodiversity and IT, we always create the ideal match between consultant and client, tailored to specific needs. We recognise the unique talents of our consultants, match them to relevant needs, and support them in maximising their potential.
