On Monday 13 June, we had the opportunity to make a small live appearance on Pierre Hermant’s “Success Stories” programme on LN24 (Les News 24), Belgium’s only French-speaking rolling news channel.
After a short preparation on Sunday 12 June, Roxane Résimont (Passwerk Account Manager) went before the cameras on 13 June to give a brief presentation of Passwerk and its business model. Our colleague was accompanied by two of our clients: Emmanuel Devos (IT Testing Lead) from UCB and Pierre Géruzet (Head of Documentation) from IBA.
The first few minutes were given over to a quick reminder of what UCB and IBA are all about, leading on to a fuller explanation of the tasks entrusted to Passwerk’s consultants: functional software testing at UCB and support tasks in the context of a migration for IBA. Both Emmanuel and Pierre were unstinting in their praise for the consultants with whom they collaborate, speaking of their meticulousness, rigour, concentration and swiftness of execution, but also of their personal development and daily blossoming since their arrival.
The consultants’ prior training and the support provided by the job coaches were also applauded.
The programme wrapped up with the conclusion that the collaboration produced a real win-win result, both for IBA and for UCB.
We are delighted to have been able to show once again that people with an autism spectrum profile also have every chance on the regular working market.
We would also like to thank our clients for making their contribution, and Pierre Hermant for giving us this great opportunity.
