Tomas Meganck is responsible for the IT of a number of branches of the German Martin Braun Gruppe, a family-owned company specialising in bakery ingredients and frozen bakery products. He is deeply involved in strategic digitalisation projects within the group and has operational IT end responsibility for the Diversi Foods division in Belgium and the Netherlands. Besides ensuring quality support, Tomas attaches great importance to creating a safe working environment, where respect and humanity are key, even in challenging circumstances.
Peter Franken has been a railwayman since 1995. He first worked at NMBS and currently works at infrastructure manager Infrabel, and at both he has worked in all areas of the wonderful world of IT. Today, as Deputy CIO, he and his team build and manage IT tools for planning and controlling train traffic. He was also recently tasked with optimising the ICT management's business processes. In his sector, the War for Talent rages fiercely and Peter strongly believes in diversity and inclusion as weapons to win that war.
As current CIO of the Aertssen Group and with previous experience as Executive Interim Manager (25+ years), CIO, CTO, Vice President and Corporate Program Manager, Pascal Kieboom specialises in the digital transformation of companies and the creation of innovative services and products. His focus is on contributing to strategic visions, managing and restructuring systems, departments and organisations to meet business needs while ensuring a solid and secure ICT structure. He believes that ICT should evolve from a supporting role to a value-added role to achieve a company's strategic goals without losing sight of the end user.
